The leak pointed towards owners of one selffinanced institute (SFI) and private coaching classes, action against whom has been assured by the education department.
Information about a paper leak reached the education department from Bhagirath Shala Vikas Sankul # 9, one of the 73 schools located in Pedak Road, Bedipara area of city.

A parent had informed of the leak.
"As soon as we got the information, we scanned all the schools located in this area and found that papers had leaked from Gita Vidhyalay and Gita Classes, near Pedak Road area. We immediately instructed the concerned principal to stop distributing the question papers and instead write the questions on the blackboard," said district education officer V V Bhensdadiya.
"We''ve already issued show-cause notice to the operators of this educational complex Magan Kapadiya and principal Kiran Kapadiya for violating the laws of state education board," he added.
Meanwhile, the discovery of the leak has brought to fore the debate of privatisation of the education sector in state by promoting selffinance institutes, and doubts are being raised on the authenticity of such institutes.
"While we are in the process to check out the legal provisions to file an official complaint in the matter, we will strongly recommend the state education board to discontinue affiliation of this institute," informed Bhensdadiya.
